celebrity chefs on board

Last year we sailed on Celebrity Constellation and they had 2 chefs giving lectures on food prep but they didn't have a meal based on their special menus. I think if HAL is going to have chefs on board for these demos they should have one dining room set aside for a special dinner like the chef serves at their restaurant. Luckily we sailed from San Juan and was able to try the chef's restaurant before the cruise.

Do others think that this is a good idea?

That would be better than dancing waiters and dessert that has been paraded around the room.

I would love to see something like this happen and would gladly pay a bit extra for the celebrity chef's dinner one night!
