susan1957 Posted August 24, 2016 #1 Share Posted August 24, 2016 Are the cabins worth the extra few dollars....my sister and I are not "SPA" PEOPLE per se...but I kinda liked the location .....thoughts?
texasgirl73 Posted August 24, 2016 #2 Share Posted August 24, 2016 I liked the decor and location. I didn't use the Spa (probably would have if my kids weren't with us.) I was happy. Sent from my iPhone using Forums
Banks822 Posted August 24, 2016 #3 Share Posted August 24, 2016 I personally enjoy the spa rooms. I especially love the quietness of them!
MarcelLucSell Posted August 24, 2016 #4 Share Posted August 24, 2016 We sprung for it on the SunShine and we were right around the corner from the spa. We'd visit the spa in late afternoon and often we'd have the place to ourselves. It was worth it to us.
jamesr3939 Posted August 24, 2016 #5 Share Posted August 24, 2016 (edited) It seems a little more secluded and private. We were on the Dream in a Cloud 9 and really liked it. DW used the spa showers as they were much bigger than the cabin shower. We were just steps from the spa so it made it real easy to throw on a robe, slippers and walk down. I thought they were worth the extra cost. Edited August 24, 2016 by jamesr3939

tea4ular Posted August 24, 2016 #7 Share Posted August 24, 2016 We love it! Been in 8 spa balcony cabins between Splendor & Magic, with another booked for spring 2017. Quiet and serene location. Very little foot traffic other than your neighbors.
bptex Posted August 24, 2016 #8 Share Posted August 24, 2016 I think it's well worth the price. The cabin locations are great and as noted it's very quiet. Lido deck cabins are a premium already and you are only a deck or two above that.
Floating Lanai Posted August 24, 2016 #9 Share Posted August 24, 2016 The location is perfect, quiet but still close to activity like food and pool. Access to the spa is easy. and the T-Pool and heated loungers are the best.
isaiahsnana Posted August 24, 2016 #10 Share Posted August 24, 2016 Are the cabins worth the extra few dollars....my sister and I are not "SPA" PEOPLE per se...but I kinda liked the location .....thoughts? I am not a "spa person" either, meaning I don't spend money on massages and such, but the wonderful aromatherapy rooms with heated loungers and the adults only thassalotherapy pool to sooth your skin and muscles is well worth the extra $. I always book a spa room on Cloud 9 equipped ships.
DebJ14 Posted August 24, 2016 #11 Share Posted August 24, 2016 I am not a spa person, but enjoyed the spa cabins on the Magic and Breeze. We liked 12014 the best. I did use the Thalo pool on one cruise. On another it was broken and on the 3rd it was too darn crowded.
