Shoreside concierge

Was just contacted by the shoreside concierge for Celebrity Silhouette. We are booked in a RS on 9/15. She could not have been more accommodating and personable.

 

She said our Michael's Club concierge will be Lawrence. Has anyone sailed with him before?

I had a similar experience. I expected a polite and friendly experience, but Pamela went well beyond that. She was more than helpful, gave me suggestions about my granddaughter's dietary restrictions. She seemed disappointed we weren't more demanding.
