Previously had problem where we were charged for the kids after we had paid in full for cruise with them free. Sergio explained that something happened online but he worked to get it fixed while I waited on the phone. Today I spoke with Sergio again. Coincidence or more than one Sergio? We get points at work to convert into gift cards that Royal Caribbean accepts. Paid for cruise in full before receiving gift cards. Sergio was able to apply gift cards and said to call back after their system processes and they will refund overage back to credit card.
