Shareholder credit ???

Is Shareholder Credit never applied? Applied in July for 2 Mediterranean cruises

Was told that I got a bargain price. Well gee I promise to pay more next time:(

Now I applied for my Transatlantic. Paid a fair price. No other promotions

Denied!!! Apparently I should sell my stock:mad:

Did you book through a Travel Agent? They will sometimes use a group rate, and that would justify the denial of Shareholder Credit.

I booked a TA last year while on board another cruise. I only received $100 OBC for booking on board. When I wanted to apply the shareholder, I was told they could not combine shareholder with other offers, so they took back the $100 and gave me $250. Net gain $150.

We are shareholders in both X and Princess and have never received the shareholder credit from X, yet always get it from Princess regardless of any other perks we've received. I'm sure at least 95% of the people on board are not shareholders - how hard is it to kick a few bucks back to those who invest in you (and actually sail with you & spend $$ on board!) as a thanks?!

I have received the shareholder benefit on most of my cruises. It all depends on the sale you booked under, what discounts were applied and what OBC you received from Celebrity (TA OBC benefits won't matter).
