Just a quick question. Is there usually just one Matre 'd for the two dining rooms on each ship, or does each room get it's own?

There is a Senior Maitre'D on each ship, who is usually in the largest dining room and another one for the other dining room.

On the Dream back in '14 there were two, the senior one was in the aft dining room, and Shane who had been on our previous two conquest sailings was in the mid dining room that was mostly ATD.

Shane requested moving to the Dream apparently because he liked New Orleans better than the port Conquest moved to.
