Pre-cruise shopping in Athens

Normally we cruise the Caribbean out of Florida. In order to keep the suitcases lighter we always shop for our toiletries, Shampoo, conditioner, sunscreen etc. after we get there. We are flying into Athens for a Vista cruise in October. We are staying in the Plaka area for two nights pre-cruise. Is there a general store/pharmacy in that area where we can make these purchases ? Even more important to keep the weight down in suitcases flying to Europe. Need the weight for clothing.

Try the "Hondos Center" at Ermou 39 street.. maybe the most cheaper store
