Anyone know the current conceirge on Explorer?

I read somewhere that the conceirge will email a "suite" guest about a week prior to their sail date to introduce themselves and ask if they have any requests. We have an OS and would love to put in a few requests ahead of time. Is this still true and if so, does anyone know the current conceirge for the Explorer? I am just curious, thanks in advance.

Martin Sanchez is still the concierge on Explorer. His e-mail address is EX_Concierge@rccl.com. If he doesn't contact you within 2-3 days of your sail date, drop him a note. He contacted me about 3 days before we sailed.
