Adman, go here: http://satelliteradio.digitalinsurrection.com/xm_radio.php

About halfway down the page is a footprint map. Its not been updated since the launch of the third satellite, but it should be close to the current reality.

The 3rd satellite didn't add any additional coverage iirc. I wonder how Sirius does? All I know is their 3 satellites rotate giving better outdoor coverage at times, but less stable overall...as you can have coverage there one day (if sat is overhead) then nothing if it's blocked behind trees hours later. Blah....that's why I chose XM.
