Internet on Reflection-Western Caribbean

How reliable and quick is the internet on a Western Caribbean or Eastern Caribbean itinerary on the Reflection? We have cruised the Caribbean countless times and would be taking this vacation to basically enjoy the warm weather, the ship and some of the ports...we probably will get off the ship but not for long as we hear the ship is a great place when in port when most get off. Having said this, we are considering an upgrade to the Celebrity promo that includes unlimited internet for two but if the internet isn't decent enough to watch movies on Netflix or to search the internet at a quick speed/pace we might not choose this option-we'd be using our iPads.

 

We have tried using the internet on itineraries in Australia, New Zealand, Alaska and throughout the Mediterranean on the Solstice and Silhouette with very frustrating results.
