ZellaLamb Posted September 26, 2016 #1 Share Posted September 26, 2016 I am trying to plan a cruise on RCI in March with other wheelchair users. Some folks would like to go to Disney while we are in Port Canaveral. Does anyone know of a transportation company that can take several wheelchair users? Some of the folks can not transfer, others can.

DW(Orlando) is about 90 minutes from the port . You are going to have allow time to load and unload the people at both ends Your going to need a bus with a lift or space for wheelchair storage. If you look at the Florida departures forum there will names of companies that do shuttles to MCO from PC. You'll have to call them direct for the answers. Mikeyto Posted October 3, 2016 #3 Share Posted October 3, 2016 Check with Mears transportation, they are the ones who actually run the Disney Magical Express if you are staying at a WDW resort and/or transportation to/from Port Canaveral. Depending on traffic the travel time to/from the Port to WDW is an hour to hour and half.
