Up sell line?

I am hoping someone can help,

 

we are two days away from sailing and all categories are still available for our 24 day transpercfic,

 

the price gap between what we paid and the next up is quite high but i was wondering if there is a up sell line we can call (like Norwegian does) that maybe offer a upsell cheaper to those already booked

 

anyone that can help that would be great

I've not heard of any specific phone number for upsells on RC. If you have cruised with RC before, I'd call your local Crown & Anchor office. Otherwise, I'd just try the normal customer service number.
