Gingercruiser Posted October 13, 2016 #1 Share Posted October 13, 2016 I am looking at booking a deluxe inside room on Queen Elizabeth for next year. I see that they are on deck 1 and am worried that they might be noisy as it is the lowest deck. Any thoughts?
Summergee Posted October 13, 2016 #2 Share Posted October 13, 2016 We were on deck 1 this year and had no problems with noise.
davyjones Posted October 13, 2016 #3 Share Posted October 13, 2016 Look what is above you. Personally I would only consider 1036 to 1008. Between 1040 and 1042 is a bulkhead so forward of this is quieter as you can hear the music from the Queens room when it is loud e.g. party/disco nights. Above 1042 and back is the bar serving area for the Queens room and in 1040 we heard the odd crash and bash till they had cleaned up at around 1am. DJ. rog747 Posted October 16, 2016 #4 Share Posted October 16, 2016 qe and qv deluxe inside cabins are massive on deck 1 well over 200 sq feet with a large sofa and plenty of floor space great value for money if you get a deal there are no major noise problems 1024 was very quiet indeed they also have deck 6 and 8 for these types too
