Divette Posted November 2, 2005 #1 Share Posted November 2, 2005 I am sailing with my husband and four step kids ages 8,10,14 & 16 on the Vision in December and had a few questions. First: Do they have Shore Excursions just for kids? Second: Does anybody know how late the kids and teen activities operate? Third: How much does the unlimeted sodas and juice program for kids cost? Thanks!!!:)
Nanannjen Posted November 3, 2005 #2 Share Posted November 3, 2005 I don't think that there are shore excursions just for kids - I've heard that Holland America does that in Alaska, but never heard about it elsewhere. As far as the evening programs - according to the web site, it goes until 10:00 for up to 11 years old, 1:00 for 12 to 14 year olds, and "wee hours" for 15 to 17 year olds. The soda card for kids is $4.00 per day plus tip, and for adults it's $6.00 per day plus tip. We'll be joining you on this cruise - a total of 17 of us, with 7 girls ranging in age from 10 to 16. Woohoo!

I know that after 10pm you can pay to have the under 12yo stay longer. I believe it is $5 per hour. I think they can say until mignight.
