Free Cruise Certificate Question

Just off the Vista on the last Med cruise. We were given a letter and offer code for a free stateroom on a cruise of up to 15 days long. It had the dates to redeem which were yesterday to sometime in November. I called today and the offer was not loaded under my VFIP number yet. Anyone know how long this usually takes? TIA

If I'm not mistaken on your "certificate" there should be a phone number and they can give you the sailings from each port as well as dates...don't wait..typically when they are loaded they book up fast. :D

I did call the number, but she couldn't help me as the offer hadn't been loaded into the system for me yet. She did say to call back each day, was just wondering if anyone knew how long it usually took to become available. Thanks for the feedback and info, elainmir :)

When we booked our last bounce-back a whole week had gone by and it still hadn't been loaded. My PVP was able to contact the casino to confirm the code and we booked that day. There should be a code at the bottom of the certificate that you can give them.

The last couple I received were uploaded on my VIFP offers by the time I got home from the port (2.5 hours). If they aren't there yet I would call with some dates and cruises you want to sail on.

I called the day after I got back and the rep was able to find the offer. She just needed me to scan and e-mail the BB offer letter. I was booked within the hour.

 

The only thing she said was the amount would show full fare on the payment page but would change after a supervisor reviewed it.
