I got a pack and play offer for the $200 stateroom and $100 room credit.

1)They give me 3 whole days to make a reservation

2)Only covers cruises 3-5 days

3)Can only cruise between now and December

4)There are no cruises available.

And Carnival continues to push away their casino players with junk offers. Luckily I got a free RC cruise from myvegas so I can play the casino there and then start receiving offers from them. It is a shame too because I am only 4 days away from platinum on carnival but so be it.

Ditto for me. For two years my wife and I received great offer from CCL then, for some unknown reason they dried up. We haven't change our style of gambling so I can't imagine what happened.

We will be checking out NCL on our next cruise. At least they have a free unlimited drink package combined with three nights of specialty dining. I also understand they offer some shoe games for blackjack.

I always had a great time on Carnival but I will say on my last cruise (The Valor) the drink service was atrocious in the casino. There were several times I just quit gambling at sat at the Blackjack table and told the dealer when I get a fresh drink I will start playing again. BTW my wife and I spend a lot of time in the casino. On sea days we are pretty much in there 8 hours or more.

Having said all that at least on NCL with the drink package I can just run to the bar and get a drink without having to pay for it.
