TheTrain Posted November 8, 2016 #1 Share Posted November 8, 2016 I will be on the TUI Discovery departing Barbados on the 11th Dec 2016. For the day in St Marteen (15th) I aim to spend most of the time at Maho beach (after a quick tour to the islands 2 main towns). I don't believe any of the official Thomson tours go to Maho so it would be self organised. If you don't know, Maho beach is the one where planes (Up to A330 size I think ...I know 747' s stopped flying there this week) fly into the airport a few (c100) feet over the beach to land. If you fancy a quick island tour and a few hours at a beach 'with a difference!' let me know and maybe we could co-ordinate something.
LrgPizza Posted November 8, 2016 #2 Share Posted November 8, 2016 The big planes usually come in around 11 am or noon. Be sure to check the schedule for that day so you don't miss them. Sent from my iPhone using Forums mobile app
