NCL 5 hour El Yunque Excursion

I will appreciate any reviews of the longer NCL El Yunque in San Juan--a 3 hour tour and a 5 hour are offered. As the bus trip will take up at least 2 hours, I am considering the 5 hour trip for February on Gem.

 

I have already been to Old San Juan, etc so this seems the most potentially interesting option.

I did not take this tour - we took a cab - but we were at el yunque for several hours which gave us some time to go hiking. There are some wonderful trails and we could have spent the whole day there - next time!

We booked a similar tour that was approximately 5 hours with island marketing. Th ship excursion was near us all day. It is a long ride to the park and quite a bit to see once you are there. I would recommend the 5 hours. And, if it matters, I would recommend the island marketing tour. Have a safe trip.
