Getaway upsell questions

Hi -

I am reading about upsells and am new to Norwegian so have some questions. We initially booked thru NCL but switched to a travel agent so I read we most likely won't receive one of the upsell emails. Is this true? I also read people can call in regarding possible upsells? If so, what number do you call? How far out can you call or should you call? Thanks.

You can no longer call in for an up sell on the getaway or escape. They are doing a email up sell only. And yes you can get emails from ncl if you went through a travel agent that is only of your travel agent did not opt out of their new program
