I received a carnival cruise gift card as a gift . I'm going on a cruise in 2 months and I am wondering if I can add it to my sail and sign account?

Go to guest services when you get on board and have it applied.

Yes. You could also apply it to your sign and sail account via the self service kiosk, if you're comfortable using it. It can be applied any time during your sailing. I was on a Carnival cruise earlier this year and had a gift card applied to my sign and sail account at embarkation.
