Breakaway - Family Balcony (B2) or Mid-ship Balcony (BB)

Hi,

My family of 4 (kids are 7 years old), is thinking of the Bahama/Florida cruise out of NYC in March. The prices are the same for the B2 and the BB...and it seems like the difference is which deck it's on. Are there other differences? The BBs seem to be on Decks 8&9 and the B2s are on Deck 12, which is where the Splash Academy is.

Any recommendations as to which one is better?

Thanks!

The advantages for the B2 ones are the location as you said. It's very, very close to Splash Academy so you don't need to go far to drop them off. Plus, the B2's connect to adjacent rooms while the BB's dont.

I was in a family balcony on the BA and it was super convenient to walk down the hall and drop/pick the children up.
