Is There an Upsell EMAIL Address?

I know there is the phone number to call and I have that.

 

But can you also email them and ask about current offers and make an offer yourself?

 

I'm not talking about the bidding process. I'm on a ship that, thankfully, has not gone to that yet. :rolleyes:

Ncl doesn't answer emails promptly

 

I'm waiting over a month now for an answer and I've sent 2 requests

I've been trying to contact ncl via phone and numerous emails for 6 weeks with no luck to ask about an erroneous charge to my credit card

 

 

I finally gave up and just disputed the charge with my bank

 

So much for good customer relations and I'm a long time frequent ncl cruiser.

Absent any last minute change of heart that's what I am hearing. The date may change of course, but that's the target. I know there are some issues to be worked out with non-us based ships and legalities.
