But can you also email them and ask about current offers and make an offer yourself? I'm not talking about the bidding process. Crusin6 Posted November 27, 2016 #7 Share Posted November 27, 2016 I've been trying to contact ncl via phone and numerous emails for 6 weeks with no luck to ask about an erroneous charge to my credit card I finally gave up and just disputed the charge with my bank So much for good customer relations and I'm a long time frequent ncl cruiser.
