St. Maarten Shopping

Our Celebrity Cruise arrives in St. Maarten at 7 AM (on a Tuesday). Will the shops on the Dutch side be open at that time? We have an excusrion that begins at 10:30 and I want to make sure we have time for shopping. Thanks!!
