E-tickets

I did my web check in tonight. The message stated that I would be emailed the eticket.

 

How long does that take to receive?

I assumed it would have been immediately but it is not.😔

Took over an hour but I finally received!

If you used a TA, I think it may be sent to them. MSC seems to do things a little different. I sail on 12/16 and still don't have them.

In two of our three YC cruises on the Divina MSC mailed the documents to my travel agent, but in one case the agent had to call them first. With our last one I had to call MSC. The rep was great and emailed them to me in less than an hour.

Thank you for your responses. I guess I am just used to receiving everything right away or can just print them from the website.

I received via email but it took over an hour. I have it & printed it --I guess I need to be a little more patient and try to start relaxing for my upcoming YC cruise vacation.

I had to call MSC - they told me to call the TA - had them 15 min after calling the TA. Guess MSC works a little different - never had to call the TA.
