This is my first cruise, I have registered online at NCL but have not got boarding passes or anything in the mail yet. I leave on Thursday what should I do? I have been on hold for 33 minutes

This is my first cruise, I have registered online at NCL but have not got boarding passes or anything in the mail yet. I leave on Thursday what should I do? I have been on hold for 33 minutes

 

Worst case you will do pier pick up. As long as you have your booking number, a copy of the receipt from final payment, and a copy of your registration - tickets are not required.

 

Make sure they did not send edocs and they are in your screened mail folder treated as spam.
