allshookup Posted December 13, 2016 #1 Share Posted December 13, 2016 I received a call yesterday from my "personal vacation planner" at Carnival to tell me she had an "exciting casino offer" which ended up being half deposit down and $50.00 OBC. Turns out it was a "not so exciting offer" and I think she could tell by my response "oh". Since I wasn't going to jump at that offer, I told her we were still planning and she said she would get back to me because Carnival had a sale coming out in January with some great offers. I'm not sure how "great" the offers will be, but thought I would give a heads up to anyone looking to book soon.

We're considering booking our Fall 2018 cruise onboard Pride next month. Anxious to see what the sales will be then. :)
BoDidly Posted December 13, 2016 #3 Share Posted December 13, 2016 I think a person would be better off looking for a cruise themselves . There's a few deals floating around January ;).

I agree which is why I always look and book a cruise myself, and that's the reason Carnival was calling me because they could see me poking around the website. They call themselves "your personal vacation planner" like that means something, which is why I put it in quotes. I'm sure there are a lot of cruise lines offering sales next month, but this is the first I've heard directly from Carnival and again may mean nothing, but doesn't hurt to keep looking.
