Cruisin' Crazy

Hi Splinter,

Tried to email you, but it bounced. I guess you have changed your address from the one I have. I need some info on the portable lift you use for your mother on cruises, as my wife has had some problems lately that are causing transfer problems for me. Can you contact me with some photos and manufacturer name, availability, etc.? <kenmarvv@allstream.net>

Thanks very much Ken.

Here is the lift we have. The only downside is that you have to already be in a seated position to use it and it will not pick you up from the floor (if you should have a fall, for example). It is easy to transport, but we did make our own cover for use when we fly and have to gate check the lift. We also designed and made our own sling as we don't like their design for our needs:

This is another lift that we have looked at, and some of my clients have found it works very well for them for travel:

Molift Smart

Another one that packs up pretty small is this one:

Liko Light
