Just got off the BA today. Anoop was the concierge. I was highly impressed!

 

I'll try to post the dailies as part of a review this week.

Yup, we just got off too. Were in Haven. Anoop was fabulous! Getting on board was a breeze but the lines were crazy. same getting off the lines were ridiculous. If in Haven make sure you take advantage of the Haven process if out of NYC.
