Welland Posted December 22, 2016 #1 Share Posted December 22, 2016 For over two weeks now on My Celebrity page it has shown that I have no saved reservations. Well I do. Three cruises are upcoming within the next week. Have been on the phone with Captain's Club and they in turn have passed info to IT. Was told it has all bee resolved. Well reservations have disappeared again, cannot add any of them back and cannot get into any reservation to do my express pass, etc. I am not getting too overly concerned at this point as I have paperwork, etc to show reservations. However as the time draws closer what happens if I cannot print an xpress pass? Anyone experienced this in the past? I sure hope they correct this soon.
