Tahina cruising Posted October 17, 2017 #201 Share Posted October 17, 2017 Thank you for the beautiful pictures and info about the ship!! We are doing the Southern Caribbean on the Serenade in January and I hope the exterior is in better condition than when you went. I also started pushing my husband to do the New England/Canada cruise although him agreeing to do a second cruise is shocking in itself. (He hated our first cruise but it was a different cruise line) I've been on 2 more since the first one and loved Royal Caribbean!!:D
cei3 Posted October 17, 2017 #202 Share Posted October 17, 2017 We just booked Serenade for October 2018, so I had to come back and look at your's and Alaina's pictures again. I'm even more excited now!! I'm wondering if the Parade of Nations is unique to Serenade, I don't recall seeing it mentioned in any other reviews. We have been on many different RCCL ships. Most of them are doing the Parade of Flags. Get there early for a good view, it's well worth it. Heather, was there anything happening at the Captain's Table in the MDR? proudpatriot07 Posted November 6, 2017 #203 Share Posted November 6, 2017 Thanks so much for your review! I just got off a cruise today (Carribbean), but we've done six of those and seen those islands and ports, so we're looking for something different- hence I'm researching NE cruises. Your review is totally selling me on this cruise, too. It looks like you had a wonderful time in Boston before and on the cruise. I want an authentic lobster roll and am glad you showed those pics- looks so good.
