My Vegas and Casino Royale

Does anyone know if you can combine a Casino Cruise Certificate or casino rate cabin with a My Vegas rewards certificate for OBC? I know that it is for new bookings and they have to be made through Casino Royale.

Anything with MyVegas has to be for a new booking, and cant be combined with any other offer. I spend alot of time on the phone with the RCCL only to determine it was a better deal to book their current sale.
