I will be staying at Holiday Inn Bayside pre cruise and would like any suggestions on transfers from airport to hotel and hotel to port. Thanks to all!!!

From the hotel to the Port of Miami just grab a taxi, it's just across the bridge, less than 5 minutes from hotel to terminal - A very inexpensive ride.
