Is Jolly Roger a good outfit to do serious snorkeling?

Hi All, quick question about Jolly Roger Roatan Sailing/Snorkeling. I'm a fairly hardcore snorkeler. I don't stay at the top much, mostly diving down to the bottom, even 50+ feet, to see what I can see.

I'm worried that the inflatable life vests which are required to be worn will hinder my ability to do what I want to be able to do. If you are pretty serious about snorkeling, is this still a good trip or would it be more for someone looking for a casual time looking at a few fish at the surface and hanging out eating/drinking on the boat?

We took this excursion a few weeks ago and enjoyed it very much, although we fall into your casual time category. I can share that they did 2 groups, experienced and first timers. They left the inflation (or not) of the vest up to us. There were some folks diving down with the staff in the experienced group.
