Thanks for the kind words everyone! We love making videos and we hope it shows.

Kroozen, We arrived at the port around 11am knowing we were early. There were quite a few people already there and the staff were checking people in with no line. Everything was pretty smooth. We were frustrated because we didnt know we were suppose to get a boarding number going through the line. We got one after the check in person noticed that we didnt have one. People behind us gone on the ship before us. The terminal itself was pretty crowded with all of the people waiting to get on. We were kind of frustrated with people being packed in with no place to move. They need more room. MSC did provide water and juice which was pretty nice.

The credit card kiosk was super easy. Just like using a credit card reader at the store. There are kiosks in a few different places. We never saw more than 3 or 4 people in line at its busiest. *NOTE* the card will be charged through a bank in France! We had card issues to begin with as we found out our card was hacked as we were literally driving to the airport. We had to call our card company three times to get it handled, but know that you need to tell your card company that you are going to France as well. The guest services people are awesome and will help you if you need it.

WahooGirl95, Glad we could help! Yes, if you ever see us, be sure to say hello!

ansoninc, We have not been on Princess, but we are sure its similar. On formal night, only two of us wore a suit coat out of the four guys at the table. The others just wore a button down shirt and no one seemed to care. It seems MSC is a bit more lax than the other lines.

We hope this helps! Let us know if you have more questions!

I noticed you said you arrived at the port early. What was your official boarding time, and did anyone say you had to wait till that time? Our boarding time says 4 PM, but we will be at the port around 11:30AM. We have Black status. Will they let us board when we get there, or do we really have to wait till 4 P.M.. That seems incredibly late. Thanks!

I think we had a boarding time of 3 pm but showed up at 11 am. No one checked our check in time or seemed to care. We were able to board as soon as our number was called. Boarding begins at noon, I think.
