Booking family rooms

Do you have to call to book a family room (interior/ocean view/ balcony) or can you book online?? It will not let me choose the room online.

Do you have to call to book a family room (interior/ocean view/ balcony) or can you book online?? It will not let me choose the room online.

The website will not allow booking (or checking prices) of any stateroom whose minimum occupancy is set to more than 4.

I really don't like that this is the case because it's totally possible to allow this online. I have booked two cruises for my family of six online on Norwegians website. I really wish that royal Caribbean and other cruise lines would allow you to book online for more than 4-5 people!
