ccrawfo Posted January 16, 2017 #1 Share Posted January 16, 2017 Realistically, is it feasible to walk (with luggage) from the Harbor House hotel to the Carnival cruise ship terminal? :o Thanks for any thoughts!
Galveston Cruiser Posted January 16, 2017 #2 Share Posted January 16, 2017 Absolutely as long as you don't have tons of luggage. It is about 4 blocks and over some rail tracks; but totally feasible.

Shorter distance than walking in most airports to planes.

momt22 Posted April 6, 2017 #8 Share Posted April 6, 2017 This was our plan however when booking for our stay on 1/21/18 I found they were booked. Is that possible with 10 months until the time of stay?

Yes could be event weekend at location around hotel on pier. Also there are two convention centers in Galveston and could be affected by event in those. Or it is too early for open booking. Call back often and ask for reservation . Do not book on Internet .

If you can you know they are not sold out. I have heard some people have been able to book for 1 night but I don't remember how they did it. Maybe someone here knows something.
