Cozumel beach

Can anyone recommend a beach in Cozumel, not the one with all the inflatables moored just off the beach.

We have been twice and got a taxi to Money Bar each time.

You can sit on the lounges or tables for free. It's in front of a restaurant and you can buy food and drinks if you want. They also rent snorkel gear.

Some lovely, colourful fish and some coral there. Swim out near the nets. But good near the shore too.

It's not a long sand beach. It's built up and you walk down a few stairs into the water.

Taxi is $11 or $12 per taxi, depending where you dock. Easy to get a taxi back as there is always one waiting.

Much better value than the crowded all inclusive places.

As previous poster Money Bar would be my choice. Been Cozumel twice and we always head there.
