First time sailing on the Breakaway and I have heard I will want to book dinner and shows prior to the sail date. How do I know what I want to do and when LOL. With out the ships dailys how will I know whats the best days and times to pick for shows.

Is there a way to see the ships main restaurants menus before hand for each day?? We never pre book them and then get frustrated when we cant get in and end up just eating buffet since we are hungry. Id like to be better prepared this time especially since its a much larger ship.

I am traveling w my hubby and 2 kids 9 & 11 (I heard rock of ages isn't kid friendly) also my brother will be cruising w us in his own room(his 1st cruise).

3/1 is our anniversary so I will most likely do Cagneys that night just need to pick a time.

Any help is appreciated Im starting to panic as its getting closer!

Log on to NCL site and book your shows. Only a couple of nights each and a couple of times. Then decide if you want to have dinner before or after the show. Rock of Ages is not a good idea for your young ones. Do your self a favor and see the movie before you go. One of my favorites. Many links to menus and dining. Look in the search.

I'm on the same sailing as you, looking forward to it! Have you joined the Roll Call yet? It's located here: http://boards.cruisecritic.com/showthread.php?t=2315672

Also, a passenger on the 12/11-18 voyage on Breakaway was nice enough to snap pictures of the Dailies, so while they may not be the exact schedule for 2/26, they may help you plan: http://boards.cruisecritic.com/showthread.php?t=2435576

And like the previous poster said, log into the NCL website and see what nights the shows are scheduled for and work from there!
