Alaska - Casino Open

I did post this on the casino board as well but usually not much activity on there.

 

Hi Everyone,

Can anyone tell me if the casino is open on an Alaska Cruise. We are looking at the Celebrity Solstice and Royal Caribbean Explore. I am thinking it will be open when we leave Seattle but coming back it looks like we are to close to land. I hope someone has done this trip and can let me know which days it is open and for long each day. Thanks.

It was opened when we were on our Explorer OTS Alaska cruise last May.

It's open in the evening after you leave port...you only have to be a few miles off shore for the gambling to be open...

The Casino have always been open on all of our Alaska trips on both RCCL and Celebrity. Just not when docked.
