Can I decide to upgrade after booking?

Does anyone know if I book now, if I can call before the cruise and upgrade if I decide to (... aka... if I can talk hubs into it :) )? I want to go ahead and get it at least booked though.

Yes you can.

As riclop said, you can. However you would be subject to the prices in effect at the time of the upgrade. You could also lose out on perks that might have been included in the original reservation that might not be offered when you upgrade.
