Is there no cheaper round trip way to get the Magen's Bay?

From what I have gathered a family of three will cost $60 in transportation to and from Magen's Bay and the Cruise Port. Are there any other taxis or services or is this pretty much the rate and if we want to go we have to pay?

The rates are the same. Nothing cheaper. It was $72 for my family of 4 to get to Sapphire last year.
