Services/Amenities Best Time to Purchase

Hello All!

 

Getting ready to head out on the Navigator of the Seas on Feb-26, and taking a look at things like the spa services. Looks like there's currently a sale running, but wondering if purchasing things like this is better to do ahead of time or will there potentially be better deals offered on-board?

 

Cruised with RCI about two years ago and I swear I remember deals being offered on-board, but figured you fine travelers here would have more knowledge/experience about such things :)
