Cab fare from MIAMI airport to cruise pier

We are a group of 5 people going from Miami airport to the cruise pier on Dec.24

 

Should we take the cruise line transfers for $25 per person roundtrip or just take a cab both ways?

 

How much would the cab fare be? how far is the cruise pier?

Taxis from MIA to the Port of Miami are a flat rate, fixed at $21 per cab, each way... For 5 people you'll need 2 taxis.

 

The Port of Miami is about 20 minutes from MIA.

Take a taxi (even if you have to take 2). Some of the taxis are mini-vans - so you may be able to get something big enough to fit all of you. As the other poster says the taxi flat rate is $21 (+tip) and you don't have to wait around for a bus to fill up.
