james j feller Posted November 12, 2005 #1 Share Posted November 12, 2005 Has anyone sailed on the PACIFIC PRINCESS YET? We are going on it in APRIL 2006 and was wondering how the food and evrything else was on it. JIM (a yank)
Druke I Posted November 13, 2005 #2 Share Posted November 13, 2005 Jim We sailed on Pacific Princess (new), Papeete to Sydney, 11-03. We enjoyed the small ship experience - and food was good, particularly in the Sterling Steakhouse. Just sailed on one of her sisters, the Regatta of Oceania Cruise Lines, and the food was EXCELLENT on that ship. We've booked a cruise on another of her sisters, Nautica, 11-06, through the Suez. The food was excellent so I have high hopes it will be the same. Gayle

Druke I Posted November 14, 2005 #5 Share Posted November 14, 2005 Mummsie It has been our experience that the smaller Princess ships have better food than the larger - cooking for fewer passengers and crew. Of course, whoever is Executive Chef at the moment can make a big difference.
