Aft Balcony on Dream

We had a aft room (6485) in December on the Dream. The shower was a standard shower. The rooms were also spacious. We spent the extra money on a aft as we thought we would use the balcony extensively. No shade on a aft balcony so it was HOT out there. We have booked another cruise on the Dream for this December but went with a cove balcony.

The aft balconies on deck nine are almost completely covered. You are right under the Lido, so during the day you will hear chairs being moved around a bit (and sometimes at night) but I would put my headphones on to listen to music and it did not bother me at all. The showers are the same size. I have read others say they have used the showers in the spa that are open to everyone.
