CFDI Doc Issue Fee???

This has recently appeared (a $35 charge) for guest 3 on the invoice for our upcoming Alaska booking.

 

Where do we go to change this? It is too early for online check-in, which is where I would have thought it would be. In fact, guest 3 has not even created a Royal Caribbean account.

 

Is this simply a case where our travel agent needs to call to get the fee reversed?

Yes, any changes to charges have to go through the travel agent.

That's what I thought... must be one of those infamous IT glitches
