You can actually pre-purchase photo packages online through MyNCL before your cruise starts, and the prices listed are as follows (prices are the same as on board, but as you can see you would get what they call bonus prints when you purchase a photo package in advance):

Any 10 photos + 1 bonus photo $149

Any 20 photos + 3 bonus photos $199

Any 30 photos + 5 bonus photos $249
