Koningsdam Tendering Process/ Speed- Share Your Experiences

We will be taking the 14 -day Norwegian cruise to the North Cape sailing 11 June from Amsterdam. Our first port is Flaam. We'd like to take a (non-HAL) excursion via RIB boat from Flaam, which departs at 8:40 AM. The ship arrives at 7:00AM, and must clear Norwegian Immigration/Customs prior beginning tender runs. Presuming that HAL excursion patrons will be first off, how much time should we anticipate before we get aboard a tender and into shore? Is the boat trip a long one? Did Koningsdam employ two gangways simultaneously to clear the early shore rush quickly? What was your experience regarding tendering in this port?

There's no customs or immigration formalities at Flåm. Big chance the ship will be docked and you won't tender even if your itinerary states "tender". Depends of course on other ships in port.
