Menus for 10 day Panama Canal. Search not working

i realize this has probably been posted before, but the search feature is not working. We will be on the 10 day Coral Panama Canal. Need to know the formal nights so I can make special dining reservations. Thanks! Menus would be great to see.

Menus are very much the sane across the fleet. So, if you can't find specific ones... Won't help with formal days but you will have a general idea. I'm sure someone here will tell you approximately when they are as timing can change.
